I am retired. I teach a seminar on UNESCO at George Washington University. I served as consultant on the Research and Training Network of the Development Gateway 2001-04. Served as acting Work Program Administrator of infoDev during 2000-01. Served for 25 years with the US government, including directing the USAID Office of Research. Also worked with the World Health Organization, and in the private sector. Specialized in science and technology for development -- especially information technology and development.
