This second Annual Development Effectiveness Review (ADER) explores the challenges Africa faces in achieving inclusive growth and the contribution the Bank is making to address them. Most of their operations—from overcoming infrastructure deficits to boosting agricultural productivity and improving education and training for African youth—help to promote inclusion by creating opportunities for isolated or marginalized groups. The ADER also reviews how well the portfolio and the organization is managed.
