"This report examines the management of aid in Senegal and its impact on the country’s development. We consider the policies relating to aid quality from the point of view of its mobilization and implementation. We also examine the mechanisms of monitoring the evaluation. Lastly, we make some specific recommendations on the type of partnership between involved parties on how to increase the effectiveness of aid to Senegal."
