This report explores the linkages between climate change and human development in Bhutan. will facilitate the mainstreaming of climate change issues into development policies and programmes so that they are addressed in a more holistic manner. The Report is also intended to reaffirm Bhutan’s commitment to remain carbon neutral and to encourage private sector participation in meeting this commitment.
