Many countries rely on The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund) to finance their national AIDS programmes. As donors and partners come together for the Mid-Term Review meeting of the Second Voluntary Replenishment process taking place in Cáceres, Spain (30 March - 1 April), UNAIDS calls for the Global Fund to be fully funded as an imperative to countries achieving universal access to HIV prevention, treatment care and support.
