In this book, the results of the project ‘Combating trafficking in human beings (THB) for Labor Exploitation’ funded by the European Commission and commissioned to Tilburg University are presented.The overall aim of the project was to bring together the prosecution of traffickers and the protection of victims of THB as two aspects of the human rights based approach to THB for labor exploitation in an integrated and interrelated way, and to strengthen the operational response to this form of THB.In this book, the problems that hamper the combating of THB for labor exploitation., as well as the challenges of dealing with these problems, are identified.
