ICT must be an important part of National Policies and Strategies of India. However, India does not have a National ICT Policy or Strategy. Surprisingly, some very good Policies and Strategies have been suggested by private sources like Perry4Law. Although there are many commendable initiatives by Perry4Law yet the recent initiative titled Cyber Forensics Tutorials In India has truly enormous potential. It is covering issues like e-governance, e-commerce, cyber law, cyber security, cyber forensics, e-courts, legal enablement of ICT systems in India, etc. It would also be a great collaborative and professional boost to the Techno-Legal E-Learning Industry of India. This part of the tutorial is talking about the basic precautions that citizens and companies must take on the front of cyber security in India.
