The proceedings of the 10th NISPAcee Annual Conference held in Cracow between April 25 -27, 2002 are now available online. The event was organized by the Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe - NISPAcee -
in cooperation with the Polish Association for Public Administration Education (SEAP), Bialystok and Malopolska Institute of Local Government and Administration (MISTIA), and others. The conference hosted this year a Special Working Group on Applying the e-Government Framework in Transitional Countries.
