Fragile States Country Report: Afghanistan (Updated for 2009)

Over the last two years, Afghanistan has seen increases in risk scores for four of its six measures of performance including Governance, the Economy, Human Development, and Crime and Security. This made them the second most fragile state in the Country Indicators for Foreign Policy (CIFP) Index. The report details the rationale behind this.
