Governance is a key issue and a driver of change that cuts across the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) three strategic priorities of inclusive economic growth, environmentally sustainable growth, and regional integration. The Governance Guide seeks to collect this operational knowledge and provide ADB staff, principally counsel from the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), with guidance on ways to help project teams and developing member countries formulate corruption prevention measures and sound governance features in a project’s design, particularly for non-core governance sectors.
