JSI has released its new publication series, Evaluation Matters. This a series of evidence-based papers written at the end of JSI projects that highlights how data is collected and effectively used through project monitoring and evaluating. The first document in the series entitled, Russia: Improving women's health care, is about JSI's Women and Infant Health (WIN) Project and how the data demonstrated the success of WIN's evidence-based, client-friendly model for women's health services. The model's success has led to changes now being adopted in oblasts throughout Russia.
