
Knowledge, Networks and Nations, in co-operation with Elsevier, will offer a snapshot of where science is happening around the world in 2011, by whom it is being conducted, and the crucial role that international collaboration plays in strengthening the breadth and quality of research.
It will also discuss the implications of these developments for addressing ‘global challenges’ such as climate change, food security and infectious diseases. The report will make high level, broad recommendations on how the architects of global and national science systems, along with other policy makers, stakeholders, and scientists themselves, can best navigate this increasingly global scientific landscape
