Use of e-government applications via the mobile devices are defined as m-government. M-government expresses the use of wireless technologies including PDAs, laptops and mobile telephones in the distribution and provision of government services. In this study where the conceptual framework of mobile government is drawn generally and its purposes and benefits are mentioned, examples of mobile government applications in Turkey are given and its role in a citizen oriented administration becoming widespread is emphasized.
