“The specific objective of Phase II of the study is to: (i) provide an optimal engineering design of Dar es Salaam-Isaka/Keza-Musongati railway line on the Central Transport Corridor; and (ii) recommend Public Private Partnership (PPP) models for financing the project and managing railway infrastructure.”
