The economic crisis and its humanitarian impact on Europe

Red Cross and Red Crescent societies in Europe and Central Asia report an increase in the number of people needing help as a result of the economic crisis - especially from groups who do not traditionally approach them. The report is based on evidence collected by Red Cross Red Crescent societies in 40 countries. (2009)
