The studies presented in this document explored how ministries of education and teacher-training colleges and institutions have developed (or not) policy and programmatic interventions in response to HIV and AIDS. The studies' results will be used as an entry point to create regional inter-country information networks on better and more effective responses to HIV and AIDS in teacher-training colleges.
