Vietnam: Stop Cyber Attacks Against Online Critics

Vietnam has launched a sophisticated and sustained two-pronged attack against online dissent. The government is detaining and intimidating independent Vietnamese bloggers while also permitting cyber attacks from Vietnam to disable websites critical of the government.
