WE CARE Solar promotes safe motherhood and reduces maternal mortality in developing regions by providing health workers with reliable lighting, mobile communication, and blood bank refrigeration using solar electricity.

This is a relatively small NGO that has developed a solar panel, battery, LED lighting system that also can be used to charge hand held battery powered devices. The system is intended for health centers in developing countries that do not have electric power, but there is a demand from other facilities for the suitcase systems.
