A high level HIV and AIDS National Partnership Forum was convened to present commitments to the recently released National AIDS Strategy Framework (NASF). The Chair of the Cabinet Committee of Ministers on HIV and AIDS, the Honorable Minister of Health, Kapembwa Simbao, presided over the meeting, flanked by the Deputy Minister of Finance and National Planning, Honorable David Phiri and a number of other, and reiterated government's determination to achieve the theme of the forum: 'Zero new HIV infections, Zero discrimination, and Zero AIDS-related deaths'.
