As new technologies are driving and reshaping Governments throughout the world by improving public services delivery and engaging citizens Tanzania is yet to fully utilise Information Communication Technology (ICT) because of poor infrastructure, inadequate human capacity and legal framework. The services include e-procurement, payment of bills and taxes, licensing, downloading of government forms, online services, public information and business opportunities.
